Annual Reports

Each year the Group holds its Annual General Meeting, now called an Annual Report Presentation (ARP). At this meeting the audited financial statements for the previous year are presented along with a report from the committee and each of the youth sections. The committee for the subsequent year is also announced at this meeting. Everyone is welcome to attend this meeting which is usually held around the middle of May.

Included in the 2012 report onward, the names and dates from all of the honour boards have been included. This now includes the Joey Promise Challenge through to the Rover BP award. If you see any corrections that need to be made to this information, please contact one of the current leaders so that the error can be rectified. We are still trying to confirm the given names of some of the King's Scouts from 1923 until 1952 by searching through old photos and records from the group's archives. Some names might be wrong if siblings have the same initial.
