CANOE NIGHT NOW RESCHEDUED to WEDNESDAY 30th November

Summer's really here - and it's out onto the water we go. Next week, we'll be meeting at our Meadowbank boatshed and going out for a paddle either upstream or downstream depending on the tide and wind conditions. Note details below:

When: 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Where: Meadowbank boatshed, Bowden Street, Meadowbank - next to the ferry terminal
What to wear: board shorts or swimmers, tee-shirt or rash, hat (the sun will still be up then), closed in water shoes or sneakers (not thongs or Crocs)
What to bring: towel (we travel in canoes so that we DON'T get wet - but just in case...), full water bottle, Headlamp, A1 form (see attached)

Note that Scouts MUST be able to swim at least 50 meters in order to participate in this activity.
