Single Casual Use - Minimum booking for all halls is 3 hours for a single hire at $50/hr (minimum) - Regular bookings are $30/hr (minimum).
A key deposit of $150 cash is required to collect the key, which is refunded on key return and inspection of hall.
For Casual Use we need you to fill in and submit a P2 booking form.
For Regular Use of premises (more than six (6) times a year) we need you to fill in and submit the a P3 booking form.
Please note that hire of premises for regular use requires the Epping Scout Group to approach the Scout Association for approval. This can take up to 30 days.
