How To Make a Booking
1. Email hallhire @ eppingscouts.com.au to check availability
2. Provide the following information:

When we have received this information, we will check the availability of the hall and respond to you, by return email, as to the availability and what the hiring rate will be. Once this has been agreed, we will then send you the booking form, as required by the Scout Association, which is to be signed and returned to confirm your booking.
4. Complete and Return the Booking Form either by email or post to:

Payment of the hire fee can be made by EFT into the Group account (account details will be provided separately) or by cheque made payable to Epping Scout Group.
In order to ensure your booking is received promptly you may wish to also send an email to hallhire @ eppingscouts.com.au notifying that you have sent the booking form and payment.
NOTE: Your enquiry is NOT a booking until we have received your form and payment. We can’t hold a space just in case, you must confirm your booking with your payment.
Collecting the Key
You can arrange to collect the key up to 2 days prior to booking.
Note: a key deposit of $150 cash is required to collect the key, which is refunded on return of the key and a satisfactory inspection of the premises.
